The Earth Hour was observed yesterday (25/3/17 Friday) from 8:30PM to 9:30PM IST ad it was a grand success. The Earth Hour is followed across 7000 cities across the World where the Government of the respective countries alon with public take heating cable Manufacturers part in this initiative to switch off the lights in their offices/residence for 1 hour.
The initiative had begun in 2007 and has been running successfully since then. The main idea is to conserve energy, reduce the carbon output and to help save Earth from Global Warming.Most of the major monuments and buildings will be dark during this hour including Eiffel Tower, Empire State Building, Taj Mahal to name a few.
